More Actions (...) drop down does not show any thing

I am trying to figure out the import function to add to my issues. My manager who has the same permissions is able to access. This is normally accessed via the the three dots (...) when viewing the issues in our project. I've tried other browsers as well, thinking that that may be the issue but it does not solve this problem.

You can see that the three dots are selected (blue), but nothing pops up except for the faint vertical line below the button.

Hi @Sage Lesko welcome to the community!  That faint line is the start of the box displaying that your admin has.  I'm pretty confident it's a security thing.  Can your admin temporarily give you admin access to see if that function then works for you?

I took a quick look at the security setup and didn't find anything that jumped out at me for the exact setting, but your Manager (or whomever the sysadmin is) should also be able to compare your settings with theirs.
