Hi,
When all sub tasks of a story are closed and the story itself is set to done the story doesn't move to the done column. All the sub-tasks are there, but the story stays crossed out with the right status but still appears to be under the the to do column. Is there a certain setting I can use to get the story to move to the done column as well?
Thanks in advance!
Kind Regards,
Max
Can you check the column mappings in the Board Configuration? The workflow status of "Done" needs to be mapped to the column "Done".
Hello,
Maybe I did not understand your question, but I guess you should close all subtasks as well.
A screenshot would help.

Hi,
This is what I meant. all tasks have been moved to the column 'Gereed' which means done and the story stays at the left side. Is it possible to have it moved to Done as well?

You need a Board Admin to check the configuration. On the top right of your board screen there should be a "Board" menu, if you are an Admin then there will be a "Configure Board" link. The configuration allows you to map workflow statuses to Board columns.

It means that you use the swimlane set to Stories. It does look like this. If you disable swimlanes, you will be able to move the parent task along statuses (board settings -> swimlane)
