How can I move my issue to another project and also move issuetype of the same?

There is no REST API endpoint for moving an issue from one project to another, nor for changing the issue type.

"Solved" is a little misleading. The thread has been "answered." Actually, the feature is still not fulfilled in the Jira build as "solved," correct?

Questions with the "Solved" attribute are ones for which the Answer has been Accepted. It generally means the question has been addressed, but does not necessarily mean that there was a solution available for implementing what the question concerned.
