Move issue from project A to project B and pick different assignee

hello 

we have 3 project in one category and workers must move issues from A to B and to c (project), i want to change the assignee every time it happens.

i tried "permissions" ,and it did not work

how i can update the fields in 2 step ?

You have a broken process.  Moving issues between projects is for when a genuine mistake was made, or housekeeping.

Also, move is not edit or update, it's not intended for updating an issue beyond the absolute minimum needed to make the data valid for the new configuration.

Why are you moving the issues between projects?

i  found a solution, automation rule to take care on assignee in project role

Sorry, this was poorly phrased.  It was not intended as an attack.  I was just pointing out that something is broken in your process.

I don't think it's possible in one go. Moved tickets would always keep the value of its fields unless there is a difference in required fields in the destination project.

Move the ticket first, then re-assign accordingly.

Maybe i was not clear

there are a lot of  different users (20) in addition to not all having permissions in all 3 projects.

i need in the move issue a possibility to change assignee.

assignee is a system required field in all screens ,i set the field to all screens and issues type schemes
