Moved sub task needs to link to their original Parent Story

I need to move all Sub-Task to Bug and link those converted Bugs to their original parent Story.

Try to link the subtask to their own parent by using the link issue field.

Then try to bulk edit all the subtask to change the issue type to bug

I think you will need some script using rest api or jira module for python for example. Is not possible through the UI.
