Moving subtask from Done to Doing still shows the "Done" label

Hi all,

I have moved one of my subtasks to "Done" and needed to move it back to "Doing". When I did that, I still see the "Done" label (please see below). How can I get rid of that?

You can follow the steps of the documentation below to properly clear the Resolution field when reopening an issue:

Best practices on using the "Resolution" field 

1. Type the g key twice on your keyboard (gg) or, as alternative, your period key ( . ), then Projects;
2. Find the relevant project, click More ••• on your right corner, then Project settings;
3. Click workflows on your left sidebar;
4. Find the relevant workflow, then, on your right corner, click the pencil icon to edit it;
5. Select the "reopening" transition;
6. Click post functions;
7. On your right corner, click Add post function;
8. Select Clear Field Value, then click add;
9. On "Field", select Resolution, then click Add;
10. Don't forget to publish the workflow draft.

To the existing issues that you have incorrectly reopened without clearing the resolution field, you will need to enforce the transition above to be executed again or create a separate loop transition with the same purpose, optionally using the bulk transition as described in the documentation referenced before.

You need to add a Post function to the transition back to Doing from done to clear the Resolution field
