Hey, I am trying to to merge two of my Jira projects into one, I am unable to move the tasks from one project to another. In one of the projects I do see the option to move task in the task dropdown but it's blurred out and unclickable, while on the other board I don't see the option to move tasks at all. Please advice a way to make this possible.
Have you checked the permissions on the project? Do you have the necessary move permission in both?

Hi @Finn Faiz , So the image that you provide is, unless I am terribly mistaken, taken from a TMP project. In that image, you have a "Moved to" that is simply a label for the actions below. Specifically, you can move the issue to the backlog, bottom of the column, etc. this does not represent moving the issue from one project to another. In order to move an issue from one project to another please go into the detailed issue view by clicking on the issue key itself. Once there you should be able to click on the… In the top right where you will see a "Move" option. I cannot as yet comment on the other issue or project that you were viewing without additional information. However, hopefully the above information helps you get through the problem.
