Dear community ,
We are setting up Jira Service Desk (Latest version 7.13.0) .
We have filed
1) Issue Type ,
2) Category
3)Component
4) Organisation
5)Queue Name .
We have a requirement like when an Issue type is selected based on the issue type the respective " Component , Category , Organisation and Queue Name " fields should update automatically .
Can somebody help me and give me the suggestion for this .
Please let me know if there is any addon available for this kind of multi level cascading select for Jira Service Desk 7.13.0.
Thanks,
Sham
The Table grid editor for server app has a multi level cascade where the drop down lists can made dependent on issue values. It is service desk compatible
Check out some examples here

Hello,
You would need an add-on for it. For example, you could use the Power Scripts add-on:
You create a live field to set correct values for issues.
You can find an example here:
https://confluence.cprime.io/display/TR/Create+custom+cascading+select+field

Live fields only work in the Jira UI. It does not work in Portal.
If you need a solution for Portal you could use other add-ons like ScriptRunner or Extension for Service Desk.
