Some projects that I am tracking have more than one contact sometimes from different organizations. CRM is only letting me add one contact. Is there any way to use CRM to add more than one contact per task/story/epic?
Hi @kaitlin_muench ,
with Crmble for jira you could add as many contacts per issue/deal as you need, as you can see in the picture.
If there is anything else you may need please let me know.
Best,
Toni
Also @kaitlin_muench , there is also the possibility of adding multiple contacts from the same company to the Issue/Deal as you may see in the picture:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
The way we are currently using the CRM App, it only allows me to enter one contact. I have attached a photo. I am unsure if Crmble is different than what I am doing?

Hi @kaitlin_muench ,
I don't know if there is any other CRM apps that allow you to do that, but Crmble for Jira, as I mentioned before, already has this feature.
I leave you here the link just in case you would like to test it out out: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1232290/crmble-for-jira-crm-with-contacts-deals-gmail-outlook?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
If there is anything else you may need please let me know.

Hello @kaitlin_muench
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Can you clarify for us the project Type this concerns? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find your project in the list. What does it say in the Type column?

Yes, thank you, that is exactly what I was asking for.
When you refer to "CRM" are you referring to a project or are you referring to a field within an issue?
If it is a field, is it a selection list from which you choose a value, or do you type in the data?
Can you provide a screen image to help illustrate the reference?

That looks like it might be a third party app.
I see multiple CRM apps listed in the Atlassian Marketplace. Which one specifically are you using?

I'm sorry, I'm not seeing an app by the name "CRM for Jira Cloud" in the search results shown in the link I provided. Can you provide the marketplace listing link for the app you are using, or identify the app based on the names in the search results?

This is the one we have. Thank you for your willingness to help.

Thank for that clarification.
Reviewing the documentation for the app:
https://docs.teamlead.one/crm-for-jira-cloud/Working-version/getting-started-with-crm
...it states:
It is assumed that an issue is being raised from one company, so an issue can be linked only to one company even in cases when a Reporter has more than one company.
Also here:
https://docs.teamlead.one/crm-for-jira-cloud/Working-version/link-issues-with-contacts-companies
...it states:
Link Issues With Contacts/Companies
Linkings company and contact to an issue
The CRM app provides a CRM section in issues for linking an issue with a contact and/or a company.
So it seems the answer to your original question is no, it is not possible to link multiple contacts or multiple companies to one issue.
For an authoritative answer I suggest that you contact the app vendor's support team. Their contact information is available on the Support tab of their Atlassian Marketplace listing.
