Multiple JIRA templates is being used

Hi, I have a requirement where JIRA is being used in 5 projects and every project has different templates in JIRA.  Now I have to standardize one template and ask every team to use this template.  How this can be achieved?

What do you mean by "template"?

It can be a Defect Process flow / User Story template / Any approval process

So you mean "workflow".

That's easy, although for JIRA systems with lots of projects, maybe a pain to slog through.

Choose one "workflow scheme" to be the one that you want to use.  Visit the administration section of each project.  Change the workflow scheme in use to be the standard one.
