I'm looking to use the same email to receive multiple request types, though I'm not seeing an option to associate any additional request types with an email at all.
We've currently got the default 'Emailed Requests' already being received by the project's associated email.
I've read a bit saying this may not be an option, but it seems odd to me that such a basic feature wouldn't be available.
Is there any insight into if there's been a work around or update to this?
Hi, @Michael M. Multiple email channels are available in Data Center. For Atlassian Cloud, there is a feature request at Atlassian's public issue tracker that you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on.
Cheers,
IL.
While that feature does look like it would be useful, that isn't exactly what I was asking about.
Is there anything about a single email receiving multiple request types?

Not yet. The feature actually encompasses a permutation of suggestions, including the one you're looking for. But I agree, not super clear.
I don't know your use case in detail, but there are ways to go around this. Although I'm not a huge fan of this type of workaround, you can assign a request type only to receive the emails and create automation to clone/copy these requests to the desired request type—as long as you can systematically and reliably define a rule for that, e.g., reporter email domain. Not great, but it definitely works.
