Multiple Site Lizenzen

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben bei uns eine Thematik aufgeworfen, so dass bei uns die Überlegungen gekommen sind, dass es für uns sinnvoll wäre, mehrere Site aufzusetzen.

Jetzt habe ich im Preisplan von atlassian gesehen, dass wir Multiple Site "nur" im Enterprise Modell bekommen können.

Gibt es etablierte Möglichkeiten, das ggf. auch anders zu lösen? Oder hat jmd. Erfahrung, ob man mit atlassian reden kann und auch außerhalb des Enterprise Modells zu erhalten.

Wie sind Eure Erfahrungen?

Sie können mehrere Sites unter einer Organisation haben, ohne einen Enterprise-Plan zu haben.

Wenn Sie zu https://admin.atlassian.com gehen und Produkte auswählen, können Sie Ihrer Organisation ein Produkt hinzufügen.

Nachdem Sie auf die Schaltfläche Produkt hinzufügen geklickt haben, werden Sie aufgefordert, eine vorhandene Website auszuwählen oder eine neue Website zu erstellen.

Beachten Sie, dass jedes Produkt/jede Website, die Sie auf diese Weise einrichten, separat in Rechnung gestellt wird. Wenn ein Benutzer Zugriff auf mehr als ein Produkt hat, werden die Abrechnungen dieses Benutzers für jedes Produkt separat berechnet.

Wenn Sie nur für jeden Benutzer abgerechnet werden möchten, unabhängig von der Anzahl der Produkte, auf die er Zugriff hat, dann benötigen Sie dafür den Enterprise-Plan.

You can have multiple sites under one organization without having an Enterprise plan.

If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and select Products, you can add a product to your organization.

After clicking the Add Product button, you will be prompted to select an existing website or create a new website.

Note that each product/website you set up this way will be billed separately. If a user has access to more than one product, that user will be counted separately for each product and the bill for each product will include that user.

If you want to be billed only once for each user, regardless of the number of products they have access to, then you need the Enterprise plan for that.

We raised an issue that made us think that it would make sense for us to set up several sites.

Now I've seen in atlassian's price plan that we can "only" get multiple sites in the enterprise model.

Are there established ways of solving this, if necessary, in a different way? Or does anyone have experience as to whether you can talk to Atlassian and also get it outside of the Enterprise model.

What are your experiences?

thank you for your answer. Unfortunately this ist what I expected that we will "license an additional product" paying some users double for each product.

We will have to count what's the best solution for us for our problem.

I was just looking now for the migration of our server based Confluence.

I'm just looking for the information how to create a new site/instance for our confluence. But I cannot find it. Can you please help me? I'd prefer to have another instance than just an additional space.

Hello @Harald 

Do you want to add a Confluence product to an existing site, or add another site (URL) under your Organization so that the Confluence URL is different from any other product under your Organization?

This is the documentation for adding a new product to your Organization. It explains both adding a new product to an existing Site, and creating a new Site for the product.

Note that each Site can have only one instance of a given Product.

I'm a site-admin. But I cannot find the possibility to add a new Product.

The menu "product" is not shown. Can only org admins do this?
