Multiple checklists in Jira without plugin?

Is it possible to have multiple checklists in a story without installing any plugin?

Thanks for asking in Atlassian community !!

Check list fields are not available in Jira without using third party plugin.

But still we can implement it as a workaround. You can create radio type custom fields with multiple options so user can select one option out of all provided options.

Or you can create and use checkbox custom fields and provided multiple options on Story issue. User will be able to check the options that are relevant to them.
