Is there a possibility to create multiple (250) tasks from an excel list at once

Yes, you can import from .csv file. Prepare the file as described in this link.

Hi @David Verbeure,

As @Tansu Akdeniz has mentioned, you can use the "import data from csv" option to bulk upload/create issues from excel list at once. Please make sure to prepare the csv file in the right format with being well-formed and having the right columns with appropriate headers as described in Importing data from CSV | Administering Jira applications Data Center and Server 9.1 | Atlassian Documentation. Also, make sure to map the fields correctly.

I also do it from confluence, but there I would also like to assign a label. Does this work?

I believe, yes. You should be able to provide a value with a label column during the import.
