My Jira Tasks that are done do not appear in Burndown Chart

Hi There

Need help. Started a sprint and some tasks have been completed within an Epic, but not all. Looking at the current burndown it does not reflect what has been completed, although it shows, what was committed to the sprint and added (scope Change). Using story points to estimate.

Please help.

Hi @jinali-p , welcome to the Community. Please verify that these “Done” issue actually have the “Resolution” field set and are not listed as “Unresolved”.

If you are on Cloud (your url would be something like xxx.atlassian.net) then when you look at an issue in the detail view you would see something like below. you can also go to you sprint report and click on view in navigator and add the Resolution Column.

Are they in the last column on the board?
