My Microsoft E-Mail not working with Jira application like bitbucket and Jira Software

Hi , 

My Microsoft Corporate email is not working  in bitbucket Server and i have already created smtp connector. Microsoft team told me there is not any issue they found  in their end.  25/tcp port is open in firewall with 0.0.0.0/0.

 
Error Msg:- "Couldn't connect to host, port: domain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com, 25; timeout 30000"" 

Please help  me  in this to resolve.

"Couldn't connect to host" is quite a simple one.  Either your network is not allowing the Jira server to reach the email server, the email server is configured to not listen to your server, or the email server is not there on that address.

You'll need to fix your network or email server

My Gmail Mail , outlook mail and my Other Cpanel Email is working fine  but my Microsoft Email is not working and i have allow my jira server in smtp  Connector .

Ok, but that does not change the answer - you need to fix your network or email server.

How can I fix it I can not understand, I have created smtp connector with  the help of Microsoft support team and I open 25/tcp  port in my GCP and add that with my Jira application server.  Please guide me to solve this.
