So basically my initial email was product.lead and i created my own dahsboard and team within the company Jira, After 1 month they changed the display name of that email to myname@companyname.com instead. It was smooth sailing and can still use and add tickets until yesterday when they changed my profile to the new email myname@companyname.com instead hence i got no credentials.
Please bare in mind that the initial email and the current one is the same email just changing of display name. But why i no longer have the authorization on my board.
Hello, Good day. Looks like after the email change, you have not received any email on the new email. You can check if your new email has been added to suppression list as well. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/unsuppress-email-address-in-jira-cloud-software-or-work-management-projects-1456341531.html

Welcome to the community.
Based on the scenario, I recommend checking with your Jira administrator to confirm whether they updated the email on your account or created a new one for you.
They may have created a new account and revoked access to your previous one, which could be causing the issue.
I suggest working with the administrator to transfer ownership and permissions to your new account.
Thank you.
