My filters don't appear when I search by name

I am the site admin of my instance, for some time I have noticed that even filters created by me are not found when I search for them by name. Filters created by other users also don't appear when I search. Any idea what it could be?

Hi Jovanio,

Being a site admin really has nothing to do with it. But you should be able to see filters that you created at least. Where are you looking for the filters?

Yes, all the filters appear for me, but the search does not work, both for items created by me.

As if the search engine didn't work well.

We have more than 1500 saved filters. I can access them all. But the search doesn't work. Even correctly naming an existing filter.

Have you tried a different browser? Or Incognito mode?

If so and the result is the same, then I would submit a support ticket to Atlassian to see if they can tell what is going on.

Please post back here with the resolution.

Hi @jovanio_junior

Adding to John's suggestions...There are several open defects for that symptom, including these:

Unpredictable results for filter searches with the [same] name
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-78819

Saved Filters not showing up in Filter Search (View all filters or Gadgets) when non-alphanumeric characters are in the filter's name
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-82569

If none of these apply, consider contacting Atlassian Support, as John suggested.

Kind regards,
Bill
