In user menu (top right button) i clicked on "kick start" panel but only a gap was opened in my dashboard. Now i cannot be able to close that gap. i try with other browsers, even if remove cookies and close session but the gap is still there.
Any suggestions?
thanks!
Can you provide a screenshot showing where the 'kick start' option is?
Also, some questions...
It does look more like the sidebar view of a board - you could try...
If this doesn't work - if you could provide the extra screenshot, and answer those questions, we can try to help further :)

Hi @Ste Wright ,
I tried to open issues in sidebar but the gap is still there... The issues overlap the gap but when i close it the gap doesn't disappear.
The problem began when i click on "start kick access" (screenshot).
The screenshot owns to my mate. When I open that submenu this option not appear.

Can you clarify on a screenshot which button you pressed to open the above pop-up?

Hi @Ste Wright
I pressed top-right button that i marked on screenshot.
As you can see, option that i marked on the last comment not appear on my board because it is supposed that i have kick start panel opened and it should be closed with a button that appear on panel but that panel is hidden.

This is a strange one, I can't find it in any of my instances either.
I'd usually refer you to https://support.atlassian.com/ next - but it looks like you're on a Free instance?
Given this, I've referred it to Atlassian directly for them to review :)

I can see you have a lot of browser extensions enabled/installed too. Do you also have this behavior in a incognito window?

I have opened jira on firefox, where i don't have any extensions and in a incognito page but the gap still appears...
Even if i sign in with my account on another computer, I get the same result, but if I sign in with a different account, the gap disappears and I can see the close button.
