I do have an account and I can view Jira and Confluence pages but when my team search for me to tag me on these pages they cannot locate me
I am Samantha Hull on Jira.
Any help would be much appreciated :)
hello @Samantha Hull , confirm with your Jira Admin if you are part of the group which has "Browse users and groups" global permission, if not they need to add you to that group and grant you the required permission. See Mentions and Autocomplete are not working in JIRA Cloud
Hi Sachin - so the Jira element we have resolved but I am being told I don't exist on Confluence, which is strange as I can access the team pages
From my colleague (Administrator):
' In Confluence you don’t seem to exist anymore really (no idea how you both have access but aren’t there).
When I go into Space permissions to check / add you permissions you don’t come up under the name search, and when I look in the People directory you are not on there either'
Any help would be much appreicated

Hello @Samantha Hull , glad to hear that the jira part is fixed.
For confluence I would suggest you to open a support ticket with Atlassian here and they will run a "content indexing" which will resolve your issue and allow your user to show up in searches, @mentions, etc. again.
