My team is unable to view Sprint board and BackLog

I created a Sprint and my team is unable to view the Sprint and BackLog.

Can someone help!

Hi @Glory Mercy Are they not able to view the board that you created? 

if so, can you share the board filter permissions with your team. 

You can navigate to board settings -> general -> edit filter query and edit filter shares and share the filter to your group or project team members.

Hi there!

Yes Filter was the issue. Filter was deleted. I created new filter again and added it to Board settings and that resolved the issue.
