Need a real person from Atlassian Cloud Tech Support

Would someone from Atlassian please contact me about an issue we have with Atlassian cloud software that is no longer responding to creds/keys. The data in the Department of Health's WhatsApp Chatbot has not been updated since April 22. The issue is with the credentials/secrets/keys and none of my team have access to the admin, billing, etc. The people listed as having access to my system/account are no longer with the Digital Transformation Agency from which we ported the processes to the Department of Health in November last year.

Hey @Damien Rothstein ,

Considering you can't raise a support ticket (you really should get a current admin configured) I'll raise/escalate this question to the Atlassian tech's to see what they can do.

Give it some time tho, but they'll answer you here.

Thanks Dirk. Yes, the difficulty is when the assigned admins no longer have access to the systems that they are managing. Appreciate your response and assistance.

I did hear back from the folks at Atlassian. I think that I added (shared the ticket with) enough people that I knew in the company that my squeaky wheel got some oil :-)

It was okay to email Mike Cannon-Brookes, right?  ;-)
