Need help using custom workflow

Hello,

So I'm very new to customizing jira (cloud) and I'm finding something a bit strange.

I have imported a custom workflow (which I modified a bit). I assigned it to a scheme but I don't seem to find how to use it on a project. The official doc says that I should have a "workflow" button in the settings of a project but I do not seem to have it? Is it a permission problem or was it moved?

In the project, take a look at the bottom left, does it say "You're in a team-managed project"? Is so, that means that that project cannot use the workflow you imported, you would need a company-managed project in order to do so.
