Need some help while creating automation rule

The scenario is as follows

 

  1. If the due date has passed and the ticket is still in progress or in the to-do status and notification needs to be sent to respective client groups
  2. If there have been no updates for more than 4 days for any tickets in the in-progress or in-review statuses  and notification needs to be sent to respective client groups

Hi @Jeevan Kumar K G I'm no Automation expert, but I would suggest looking in the Automation Template Library for a starting point.  Under 'Managing Project' there's a template for 'When an issue remains for 5 days without an update...' That would be a good starting point.  You should be able to tweak that for both of these scenarios.  

I've used that template a bunch of times for stuff like this.
