Which jira version is good for GIT integration ?

It does not depend on Jira version. You can use Bitbucket for Git, and you will have no problems with integration.

If you do not want to use Bitbucket you can find a plugin in the Atlassian Marketplace, which will let you integrate Git and Jira. For example, this one:

Thanks for the info Mr.Matveev... Actually Now I m using Jira V6.1.5 ...So i need to upgrade to new version ...How can i get that ?
