On our Jira server, currently, we have epics -> user stories/tasks -> sub-tasks for each release.
I would like to create three hierarchy as mentioned below
1. Epics (i.e. Custome Can Pay another person)
a. Feature 1 (i.e. Send money to another person)
ii. User story/Task 1
iii. User story/Task 2
b. Feature 2 (i.e. Request Money transfer disputes)
ii. User story/Task 1
iii. Use story/Task 2
I would like to be able to create 3 hierarchy as mentioned above. I have a trial PortfolioPlanCreate.jspa version of this.
Please let me know how can I do this on Jira.
Thanks,
Nazee
You cannot do this out of the box. You can either use issue linking to show the relationships or use a plugin like Structure to show it in a hierarchy.
You might be looking for the latter!
Thanks Jobin for responding to my question. Please let me know if there is any documentation that I can read about how to create the hierarchy with Structure plugin.
Thanks, Nazee
