1) Jira Server to Jira Data Center

2) Confluence Sever to Confluence Data Center

Need appropriate reference documentation & best practices.

Would it require migration of projects and spaces one-by-one or can be done in one-go for an instance. Pls. suggest.

@Vinay Sharma - All the information you need is below.  You will be able t just upgrade server to a non-clustered DC and then cluster your instance.

One follow up query: So for a non-clustered data center there is a change in license only, assuming no app is installed on Jira Server; pls. confirm.

Yes, that is correct.  Changing the license will allow you to access DC features.
