Need to stop new issues from being added to a project

Is there a Jira solution for "closed" projects that allows issues currently in the project to finish out but prevents anyone from adding new issues to that project?

Hey @Jay Barron 

Assuming you're using a Company-Managed Project, you can achieve this if you edit the permission scheme of that project and remove the "Create Issue" permissions for users. This prevents them from creating new issues in that project.
