We have stated to use the Business Project boards to run tasks through our non software teams but we have an issue where if the manager or colleague updates a ticket status the assign is automatically changed to them. This has caused some delays with work as it took a while to notice.
Any advice on how to remove this auto function?
I'm not familiar with the boards, but in the agile boards there is an option to assign the issue to anyone that changes the status.
