Dear community!
We have an issue, which was discussed already a few times: We can't preview nor download attachments in some JIRA tickets. Strangely it works in some tickets, in others it won't.
According to our network provider we need to know the network ports, over which JIRA tries to send the files, so we can perform an SSH exclusion for these ports.
Can someone tell me, on which ports JIRA is doing this? I searched quiet some time here, but I didn't find the answer...
Have a nice day and an even nicer weekend!
Oliver
Hi all
Ok, I think I got it... JIRA is delivered with preconfigured standard ports. And the business, which installed JIRA in our company about 10 years ago had to change them to customized ports. So I guess, neither the community nor Atlassian itself can help me out on that departement. But thanks for the help anyway!
BR, Oliver
Certain people in our Org are still unable to preview as well.....

@Ben Weisman Here in our company it's a problem of our firewall. We have to set SSH exclusions for certain addresses. Have you already tried to exclude ICMP JIRA addresses from SSH control in your firewall?
