New Custom Fields not Showing Up..

Hello - created 5 new custom user fields and I checked field configs, checked screens and checked screen schema to ensure it's mapped to that project, checked the project, cleared cache and my fields still don't show up... any suggestions? They are not security fields just a dropdown for users picklist...

Thanks!

Lillian

Hello,

You can open an issue, where you expect your fields to be visible, and use the Where is my field functionality.

Thanks - the fields are there when I open/create/edit but on the default view, they are not there... I checked the default scheme and it's listed there and associated  properly...

Sorry I just found the Where is my field (blush) apologies - So it tells me it's not on the form and that it doesn't have a value for that field but I had populated the value in the last transition... something strange is happening as well... going through my new workflow and the form is showing a transition that is not on my workflow - I did have my coffee to day lol... Ok I'll investigate further. Thanks Alexey.
