×Hi, I created a new Jira Cloud site: my existing Atlassian account, which is already an Org Admin
The site appears under my product settings, but:
- I cannot access the admin settings of the new site
- I see user lists from my original site instead
- admin.atlassian.com shows only the old site
- Accessing https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<NEW SITE ID>.atlassian.net or /overview fails with "Something went wrong"
- The site shows raw JSON instead of the expected UI
I believe the new site was created incorrectly or is not linked to any organization. Please help fix the admin access or allow me to delete and recreate the site.
Thanks!
Hello @Pablo Canonico
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you working with only Free product subscriptions in this Organization?
If you have any paid subscriptions I would advise you to open a support case directly with Atlassian through
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
If you have only free product subscriptions then we can flag your post here to raise it to the attention of Atlassian team members.
Otherwise we are primarily a user community, using our own Atlassian product subscriptions and we have no access to your Organization or products.

Hi Trudy
I have a site with a paid subscription, and now I've created another free site to run some tests. The problem is with this new free site.

You can create a support ticket by specifying the paid site/product and then in the description clarify that the issue is with another site and specify that one. It is a way to work around the limitation of not being able to open a support case for a free product.

Hello @Pablo Canonico
I've created a support request on your behalf. You should receive an email with the details of that request shortly.
