×When opening Jira in Arc Browser I can't see the sidebar navigation anymore.
It used to be visible with old UI, so I avoided using the new UI by changing the setting. Now the new UI is forced, and the setting has disappeared.
I checked in Chrome, it works as expected.
I have attached screenshot of the screen in Arc to represent the issue:
Versions of the browsers I have tested:
Hello @Uliana Sirotina
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Unfortunately, per the following documentation, Arc is not a supported browser for Atlassian Cloud apps. You will have to switch to using a supported browser.
I understand, but being a developer myself, I also understand that Arc Browser is a chromium-based browser, so there shouldn't be much difference between what works in Chrome and what works in Arc.

Perhaps it would've been better to report this instead of asking on a forum... :)

If you want to alert Atlassian to the issue then opening a support case is the best way to go.
However, I suspect Atlassian is unlikely to address it beyond saying "use a supported browser". As you noted, it works in the supported browser. Why would Atlassian invest resources in investigating the problem in an unsupported browser?

Welcome to the community.
So simply said this is a browser issue, not a product issue.
This as mentioned by @Trudy Claspill

You can't blame a platform vendor to have is product work on any browser in the market.
They support the main browser in the market a mentioned in their documentation.

I am not blaming, nor am I even expecting. Still I would like to report this as because the issue is in a Chromium-based browser, it might also occur on some versions of Chrome. It is up to the vendor to decide how much support and availability they would like to provide. But only us users can share how we would like to use the product and how the vendor can support us in the best possible way.

Anyone can make a browser based on chromium, that doesn't see a product works via this browser as the developer can still do what they want.
Chromium is an open source project.
The vendor does the effort on providing a list of supported browsers, then ask the developer community of ARC how it can be that on Chrome using chromium this product works but on their ARC browser it doesn't.
