Hi there!
I am only able to create a new Kanboard in an existing project due to how the company is set up. After doing this I get all issues connected to this project on my kanban - which I do not want...
I guess the way to solve this is to build a custom filter, right? If yes, how would that look like when I only want to see my issues/ticker and a select few people and not everyone's issues?
How would I go about doing this? Many thanks!
Hi @JP
I just want to confirm that if you are using kanban board or Scrum Board for Project.
If your organization using kanban board for project I would suggest to use quick fiter on that board. Instead of creating new board.
And if your organization using scrum board then you can create one kanban board and use quickfilter (jql) and query will look like: Project = XYZ and assignee = ABC and same quick filter for all the remaining user for you want see the issues in board.
Thanks,
Mayur
Thanks Mayur! I think I got it to work by just assigning myself and my team to the kanban in a filter.
But I can't create a story though - only Epics and Tasks. But maybe that's by design by using a kanban?

Hi, I attached an image - at a closer look it seems I can create an Epic, Task or a Defect issue when I click create Issue on the Kanban board.
It's not a super huge deal as I can work with Tasks and Subtasks - but I'm curious as to why this is the case.
Thanks

Hi @JP
May be you haven't associated story issue type in the issue type scheme.
Or may be your organization is not using.
