Is there a way to navigate directly to the Releases page for a Project rather than go to a Board first? Is there a direct hyperlink I could use?
Welcome @Peter Dean
No, this is because each project has different releases (if the releases are being used at all), so you need to go through the board.
Alternatively, you can change the project key within the URL:
https://yoursite.atlassian.com/projects/PROJECT?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin%3Arelease-page - instead of PROJECT, use your project key
Thanks. Thought there might be a quicker way than clicking Projects in the sidebar, then the project name, then the first board (there are many), then "more", then "releases"!
I can't see a way of starring the release page either, just the board.

Alternative would also be to create a dashboard that will have filters that will contain specific filter for the releases, other than that, you cannot pin the Releases only.
