Having trouble finding where to enable the new UI on my self-hosted server.  Is it only available to cloud users or am I overlooking the option to enable?

The NEW UI for Jira is not yet available on server side.

It is presently only available on Cloud.

And after seeing the posts here and an example of what it looks like, I'd say that's a good thing!
