Hello Community,
I can't access anymore to all my JIRA projects and don't understand at all why.
I'm on a free account basis and the only change I made is to add (and not replace) a new admin on the three projects I manage on the same domain.
Thank you very much for your help !
This is the error message I get :
Hi all,
Sorry for the inconvenience. There was a problem that affected some Jira Cloud sites that would generate that error. We posted an update to the statuspage about it over in https://jira-core.status.atlassian.com/incidents/p8k5gn60r8zr
At this time the problem has been resolved.
Andy

Hi @Al Auto - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Have you checked to make sure that the Permission Scheme has not changed for the projects that use it?
Are you at the end of any kind of Free evaluation period?
Can you access Jira Software or Jira Core projects?

Hello John,
Thank you very much for your help. I can't check the Permission Scheme since I can't access Jira Software. Everything was working fine this morning and I just added a second admin for each of my three projects.
I should not have any free evaluation period issue since I'm on a free product plan. Or maybe the admin number is limited to 1 on the free plan ? But how to go backward ?
Thank you,
Al

I got the above message (without changing anything is access settings ) and afterwards suddenly the the W40KLO error appeared... So it looks like it's related...

Nothing to do with this error then.
