No receiving Email notifications even after all settings

I have not received an email from JIRA and Confluence since 4th Sep 2024.

We have checked on our server, downloaded the trace log report, and confirmed no notification mail from Jira was received on jigar@iservegroup.com

Other members of our teams are getting an email regularly same as before but only I am facing such issues without changing anything.

Please help us with the same.

Yes, I created it 3 days ago but still, I did not get any reply.

Please suggest any other solution if you have one.

Hello @jigar bhatt besides the normal jira notifications in projects

where you set which groups or suers are notified on certain actions there are personal notification settings aswell you access these by press on your account icon in the top right corner and then choosing notifications Make sure that send me emails for issue activity is turned on and notifications for all issues has the options for in prodct and for email turned on aswell otherwise youre only receiving them in jira and not per mail.

The settings you mentioned above are there already, but I still haven't received an email notification. I only received it in JIRA.
