No value shown in some fields by Jira Cloud for Sheets

No value shown in some fields by Jira Cloud for Sheets

Hi, I have some custom fields and I can see their values on Jira application (search page) . However, even the issues with values are exported to the google sheets without the value. Whole columns for those custom fields are empty. I have other custom fields too and they are exported properly. Does anyone have any idea about what could be the problem and how to fix it?
