This is the first time I try to configure Issues in a Team Managed Project
I am struggling to find out where the additional fields showing up on the Create Issue Screen are coming from (Linked Issues, Issue, Restrict to, Flagged). They are not visible on the Issue Type configuration page, I can't remove them or reorder them.
I would really appreciate a hint on what's going on with this.

I believe what you are seeing is system fields not custom fields added by an admin. I suspect they are related to the Project Template used to create the project.
Yes, Those are the system fields. but is there any way to remove those fields from the screen?

No, you have no control over those fields in TMP.
