Not Able to Change the Reporter Field When a Ticket Has Been Moved

We are not able to change a parameter of a field - Reporter - whenever we try to move a ticket to another queue. Please advise. Thanks

Ok, so you cannot edit it at all, or changing reported does not change it when you try to use Bulk for that?

This must be related to project settings. Check in permissions rule if changing reporter is allowed for this project.
