Not able to Upload description while uploading test cases in bulk using importer utility

Hello, 

I am trying to upload test cases in bulk to JIRA using importer utility. All the fields successfully uploaded except description even though mapping is correct. any suggestion?

Are you able to see the description field in the dropdown?  If you are is it providing an error or warning in the load summary?

Are you using any add-on for managing test cases in Jira?

Yes, Zepheyr is the add-on

Also, I am able to see all other fields like  Title, Test Data, steps etc.
