Not able to create JIRA with error Application Category: Application Category is required

While trying to create JIRA getting error 
Application Category: Application Category is required
although there is no change in any setting.

Welcome to community!

Can you check whether you are any field required validator in create transition of workflow or check whether you marked the Applicator Category field is required in field configurations.

 Mayank is facing issue while create Jira ticket. Multiple user are facing the same issue. Please try to solve this issue.

Hi @Ajay Sharma ,

At first place, navigate to BirdEye project and move to project setting >  Workflows > Check for task issue type workflow > Edit and Check the create transition.

In Create transition, can you please check whether you have any validators?

Also navigate to project settings >  Fields > Check whether Application Category is set as Required or not.
