Not able to mention any user in comments

Not able to mention any user in comments

Whenever I try to mention any user in comment section, it does not show any user`s name. Could you please help me to resolve this issue? I am facing it for a long time.

Hello,

Kindly make sure that your user is included to a group, which is assigned the Browse Users permission. Only Jira administrator can check it.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
