Not able to migrate attachment from one instacne to antoher

Hi,

I am trying to migrate one project from one cloud instance to Server Instance. I have export all the issue and attachment in CSV file and trying to import CSV in Server/Destination instance. When I am trying to open Attachments getting the attached error. Please suggest how can I import attachment which are in csv. From cloud to server instance.

Maybe I misunderstand, but I no see that You copied attachments files. CSV it is only text files and hold only details about attachments but not the files.

May i know how to copy attachment of a particulate project in JIRA Cloud. I have the URL of the attachment in CSV file. For eg this :- https://owlabs.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/53080/test_lookup.xlsx
