Not able to see the preview of upload file

I have uploaded many images and csv file on Jira file. But after upload I am not able to see the preview of the file or able to download the file. It is only showing retry option. And when I am clicking on it nothing happen.

Kindly help me out

Anyone have idea why this is happening and how can I solve it

Hi

Import JIRA issues via CSV files will not import any attachments.

even you add a column for attachments with URL, you get a filename(not real attachments) there in attachment section.

i followed this below way to add 1000+ attachments, it was working.

I am not importing the issue. I am creating the issue and while creating the issue I am uploading the screenshot and csv file and creating issue. But after refreshing page when a see the issue which I have created images and csv file are not visible. There are also no option to download these file from the issue.
