Not able to update values in a team managed project field

Not able to update values in a team managed project field.

The field was created as a dropdown select field in a team managed project, I need to add a value to the dropdown selections.

I am a site admin, I added myself to the team managed project as an administrator but I still can't add a new value to the field.

The creator of the team managed project is no longer with the company.

Hey @PATRICIA MURPHY

Can you please try clicking the arrow next to the options you've opened? You should see the existing options and the "Add option" button there.
