Not all projects showing on user workload report

Brian Glick December 11, 2019

Hello,

There is a user that is part of 152 projects (multiple different ones), but when attempts to pull a user workload report, it only displays one of the multiple projects the user is a part of.  How do you configure the user workload report to display all the multiple projects for said user?  Here are some screenshots below that show the user workload report for the said user and another query where I performed a search for all project assigned to said assignee. Please advise.

Hello Brian,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The Workload report shows unresolved issues and the workload remaining.

On the screenshot, it shows only one project, so it's necessary to confirm if the assignee is logging hours on all other projects. If they are logging hours and setting the estimation, it will show on the report.

Regards,
Angélica

I see that is very strange as I never logged anything on the PMX+ project.

I will log some hours on some of the projects I have and see if it updates.
