I am not getting any activity notifications from JIRA. I have done following things already but no luck!
Highly appreciated if this can be fixed asap.
Thanks
Its not because you have personal settings for notifications turned off - avatar (top right corner > personal settings?

Hi @Salins Christian - Welcome to the Community!
Have you tried the Notification Helper? That should help you work out whether or not the notifications are working.
Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Liam Green ,
Thanks for your comment.
I have just checked in the notification helper and it says that user will receive the notification. However, i'm not receiving any notifications in my gmail account.
I can see notification in the JIRA dashboard though.
Please let me know how to fix this.
Thanks,
Salins

Hi
If the notification helper thinks you should get them, could you try adding a different account as a watcher to see if they get the notifications? It sounds like it could be a gmail problem.
Thanks, Liam

Hi @Liam Green ,
Yes, my colleagues are on the same ticket and everyone is getting the notifications except me.
Could you please check if you can fix this from your end? if not, i'll reach out to gmail support.
Thanks,
Salins

Hi
It isn't something I can check, but you could reach out to Atlassian's support directly as they can see your instance of Jira. On the Community we can only give advice that solves most issues.
support.atlassian.com should take you to where you need.
Thanks, Liam
