We are not receiving any more email notifications from Jira since this week Tuesday/Wednesday although they are turned on in the personal settings. We are working with them and would need them to be turned back on. Can someone please help with this? Thank you!

I would open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if the email address has been blacklisted for some reason.

@Katja Kanngiesser can you please check with your Jira Administrator their might be a case outgoing notification is disabled by mistakenly.
